This app keeps my whole family connected across three different countries. The video calls are crystal clear even on slower connections, and the group chat is our daily lifeline. Love that my messages are encrypted too.
WhatsApp Business has been incredible for my restaurant. Customers message us directly to place orders and make reservations. The catalog feature lets me share our menu right in the chat. It's basically a free CRM at this point.
The encryption gives me peace of mind for sensitive conversations. I just wish it wasn't owned by Meta — but functionally it's the best messaging app out there. The new Channels feature is great for following news and updates.
